Written 'Site Instructions" which are applicable only to the designated site will assist the officer, not only in the general duties they are required to perform at that site, but also in being prepared for any eventuality which may arise. The officer will receive on-site training, be required to carry out the relevant patrols and checks to ensure that the property remains secure.In addition officers will also deal with problems arising from fire, flood and accidental damage.

If you require our Key Holding & Alarm Response service for your home, business premises or ANY other type of premise, we will supply the necessary measures to undertake this duty.This service will obviate the need for you as an individual or your staff members being called out in the middle of the night to deal with what could be just a false alarm, or more seriously an intruder on your premises. In this age of over stretched Police resources it is often the case that the Police are not able to attend many alarm activation’s.Security-Dogs will attend the premises on your behalf and deal with any problems that have occurred. You will receive an E-mailed report in the morning which will detail the incident and the associated actions taken. In circumstances where we feel the incident is deemed "serious" we will contact a nominated member of staff or yourself."We are awake when you are asleep"
